The Retractable Ratchet Straps for Thule TracRac Truck Bed Ladder Racks # CBTH12 have a corrosion resistant steel body and a stainless steel spring. However, if you plan to leave them outside all of the time exposed to the elements I would expect the body to eventfully start to rust. From what I was able to find, the interior dimensions of your 2012 Sprinter are 72" x 70". You could use a cargo net like the Gladiator # GC94FR which is 6' 9" x 8'. There will be a little extra but nothing overly excessive. It comes with 4 ratchet straps but you could add some like the # EM04418 for added security. The ratchet straps will make it easily removable when not in use.

A CargoBuckle strap like the # IMF18816 you got is only available with the ladder rack mounting bracket. They don't offer it separately or as a replacement without the bracket. If you want more of the same without the bracket the only option would be to get another set of the # IMF18816 and pull the bracket off.

You will want a bow/stern tie-down for each kayak so the Yakima Bow/Stern Tie-Down Ropes w/ Ratchets and Strap Loops # Y04031 will cover the other two kayaks. You may also want the # Y07416 to go with them.

The fat tire straps for the Kuat NV 2.0 # BA22B can only accommodate tires up to 5" so the 6-1/2" tires won't work with this bike rack. Since none of the bike racks are going to be able to fit those tires, I recommend the etrailer Aluminum Motorcycle Carrier for 2" Hitches # e56UR. It won't be as convenient as a bike rack since you will have to use ratchet straps to secure it but as far as I know it is the only option outside of a trailer to transport your Finn Cycle. view full answer...
Hey Dave great question. So some people will use the seat belt to lock the steering wheel. To do this wrap the seat belt around the steering wheel a few times and then buckle it and then pull the seat belt all the way out so that it's ratcheting and let it go and it will be locked to the steering wheel and hold it straight. You can pull on the steering wheel side of the seat belt to take out as much slack as possible so that it won't slip.

Terrance, it could potentially work if you're able to shed some weight on your bikes. If you're able to free up about 10 pounds on each bike you could then use the Saris SuperClamp EX Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # SA4025F and you'd be still under your max tongue weight.
If not, your only real choice would be to store them inside your car if at all possible, or you could try and use the 19x47 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # C18110 with some ratchet straps.

So your 2015 Jayco Precept 29UM is on a Ford F-53 18K chassis which is the limiting factor with a towing capacity of 5,000lbs. I believe this is the restriction you are having. The Curt Receiver # C14048 you found while having a higher rating will not increase your towing capacity.
If you can find a lighter trailer or vehicle to tow you can install a Curt TriFlex NEXT Trailer Brake Controller # C24VV with the Wiring Adapter # C51322 which will connect under your dash.

The overall capacity of the Thule Helium Pro is 75 lbs but you really can't exceed the 37-1/2 lbs per bike. The individual positions aren't able to handle the increased weight, especially at 52 lbs. The only way you might be able to use this carrier for your e-bike is if you removed the battery and it got the weight down enough.

Welcome back! It looks like you purchased one of the older SportRack 2EZ bike racks from us. The easiest bike rack we have that will work on both your RAV-4 and your 2016 Toyota Prius V is going to be the Thule EasyFold XT item # TH903202. This bike rack fits all 1-1/4" and 2" hitches and uses an AutoAttach system instead of a hitch pin you have to line up.
